Operations Strategy Manager
Clinical Partners is a market leader in providing mental health, autism, and ADHD support both privately and via the NHS. To scale our operation and support more patients, we are looking for high performing, analytical, problem solvers to join our passionate team.
We have an operational role available across our clinician facing, patient facing and business operations teams. We’re focused on finding process driven people who can grow with the business and tackle the challenges as we scale. This role will focus on tackling our biggest challenges and ultimately improving the patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
● Planning resource allocation
● Managing the onboarding flow and helping to continuously improve the processes to drive a better clinician experience
● Maintaining databases of clinicians their compliance, onboarding, offboarding, changes & auditing
● Using data to identify clinician challenges and support performance management
● Building processes to scale and optimize our clinician facing support
● Continuous improvement processes across the patient journey
● Driving quality through efficient processes and reducing time from referral to diagnosis
● Working with product and tech teams to define, build and implement new tools which alleviate pain points and bottlenecks
● Providing high-quality patient-facing support, feedback & complaint handling across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
● Working with clinical leadership and governance to resolve and reduce any issues (e.g. data breeches, safeguarding etc.)

Requirements:
● Experience of working in a fast-paced, complex environment
● Building and optimising new & existing processes
● Data driven decision making
● Leading improvement projects and delivering on KPIs
● Stakeholder management across various levels of the business
● Analytics with attention to detail
● Communication (written and verbal) with diplomacy and tact to effectively communicate with a highly educated workforce
● Being proactive to identify and solve problems as they arise
● Collaborative and cross-functional working with colleagues at all levels
● A strong sense of ethics and integrity
Remuneration and Benefits:
25 days paid holiday (increasing with service to 28 days) plus bank holidays.
