Job Description
Salesforce Sales Cloud Adoption & Enablement Lead
6 Month FTC Remote
Clinical Partners is a leading provider of specialist mental health and neurodevelopmental services, helping people access high-quality assessments and care.
We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud Adoption & Enablement Lead to join us on a 6-month contract. This is not a traditional Salesforce admin role. We're looking for someone who can transform Salesforce from a CRM into a business-critical sales platform that enables our Business Development team to work more effectively, efficiently and successfully.
You'll review our current Salesforce environment, identify opportunities for improvement and work closely with sales, marketing and leadership teams to optimise processes, increase adoption and improve pipeline visibility.
As the Salesforce champion, you'll combine technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement, helping users embrace the platform through training, coaching and practical improvements that make a real difference to their day-to-day work.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people as much as technology, can drive meaningful change and has a track record of turning underused Salesforce environments into high-performing, trusted sales tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess the current Salesforce Sales Cloud environment, configuration, data quality and user adoption.
- Optimise Salesforce to support lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, pipeline management and reporting.
- Improve workflows, automation and reporting capabilities.
- Configure and enhance tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce Einstein and Salesforce Sales Engagement.
- Design and deliver engaging training, coaching and adoption programmes.
- Develop executive dashboards and success measurement frameworks.
- Drive behavioural change and establish Salesforce as the primary platform for sales activity.
- Create governance recommendations and a sustainable transition plan for future ownership.
Requirements:
- Significant experience implementing and optimising Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Experience in Salesforce configuration, workflow automation and reporting.
- A proven track record of increasing Salesforce adoption within sales organisations.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience delivering training, workshops and change management initiatives.
- Excellent understanding of sales processes, pipeline management and business development environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
You'll Thrive If You
- Are equally comfortable configuring Salesforce and coaching sales teams.
- Can challenge existing processes constructively.
- Build credibility quickly with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Focus on business outcomes rather than technology alone.
- Are practical, proactive and delivery-focused.
Contract Deliverables
By the end of the contract, you will have delivered:
- An optimised Salesforce Sales Cloud environment.
- Clear, documented sales processes.
- Improved user engagement and data quality.
- Adoption and training programmes.
- Executive dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Governance recommendations and ongoing management guidance.
- A sustainable handover and transition plan.
