Job Description
Strategic Planning Analyst
At Clinical Partners, we're experiencing significant growth and are looking for a talented Strategic Planning Analyst to help shape how we plan, forecast and deliver our services.
Reporting to the Head of Operational Delivery & Projects, you'll play a critical role in ensuring we have the right workforce capacity, operational resources and delivery plans in place to meet demand both now and in the future.
This is a highly visible role with significant exposure to senior stakeholders across the business. You'll combine analytical expertise with strategic and commercial thinking to forecast demand, optimise workforce capacity, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations that directly influence organisational strategy.
This is not a pure data analytics role. We're looking for someone who can interpret data in context, understand the wider operational and commercial implications of their analysis, and translate insights into recommendations that support decision-making across the business. You'll be comfortable working with complex data, but equally confident influencing stakeholders, challenging assumptions and helping leaders make informed decisions.
What we’re looking for
We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical capability with strategic and commercial thinking. You'll be able to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that support decision-making and business performance.
We're particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate the impact of their work through measurable outcomes, such as improvements in forecast accuracy, utilisation, operational efficiency, service performance, revenue growth or cost reduction. Where possible, please quantify achievements on your CV using metrics, percentages or other tangible results.
This is not a reporting role, you'll be expected to use data and insight to influence decisions, identify opportunities and risks, and support sustainable business growth.
This role would suit someone who enjoys combining analytical expertise with strategic business thinking. You'll play a key role in helping Clinical Partners understand future demand, make informed workforce decisions and plan for sustainable growth
This hybrid role typically requires attendance at our London office one day per week, although we are happy to discuss flexibility for the right candidate.
