Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity here at SeAH Wind as a Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning Analyst.

Are you excited at the prospect of being part of the world's largest Monopile Factory and contributing to such a significant project? - a crucial part of building the foundations for a Net Zero future.

We are currently looking for a SIOP Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) department. This position involves analysing short-term planning processes, ensuring adherence to schedules and inventory levels, and contributing to broader business objectives through data-driven insights and demand analysis. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying project opportunities and establishing long-term operational timelines that align with our strategic goals.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and updating departmental KPIs, conducting asset optimisation reviews, and providing strategic recommendations. You will utilise supply chain planning software to enhance operations and ensure alignment between ERP systems and planning tools. Supporting cross-functional initiatives, you’ll deliver accurate, timely information and maintain precise short-term plans within the ERP system. You’ll also provide valuable data-driven insights to support broader business decisions and analysis requests, while consistently upholding Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards. Additionally, you may be called upon to deputise for the SIOP Manager, taking on responsibilities and decision-making duties when required.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a degree or have relevant experience within a manufacturing or fabrication planning environment, alongside proficiency in MRP and ERP systems. You’ll bring a results-driven, analytical mindset with a solid grasp of KPIs in planning and manufacturing, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills across departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyse and report on data effectively is essential. We value adaptability and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.

Previous experience influencing stakeholders to drive improved outcomes, and expertise in advanced data analytics—including tools like Power Query, Power BI, Python coding, or VBA—will make your application stand out.

In return, we can offer an attractive base salary, 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, and a 5% employer pension contribution (min 3% employee), Medicash and Life Insurance x 4 salary.

At SeAH Wind we are committed to developing a diverse workforce and creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Our aim is to build a workplace that attracts the most talented people and creates an environment that fosters courtesy and mutual respect.

All applications will receive equal consideration for employment regardless of race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity or expressions, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, or age. We know that getting this right is crucial for us to live our values: Honest, Passionate and Professional.

Simply put, SeAH Wind value you – whoever you are.
