We are seeking a professional, proactive, highly organised, and motivated administrator to join our team.

The role involves working closely with the executive management team to provide comprehensive, responsive, and efficient support. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, manage their own workload effectively, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. They must be capable of handling urgent executive matters and using initiative to make low-level decisions as needed. The successful applicant will support the executive team in delivering key priorities by liaising confidently with both internal and external stakeholders, using strong interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining a complex diary for the executive team, ensuring all actions are followed up promptly, and arranging travel and accommodation as required. The role also involves taking minutes during meetings, circulating edited versions to relevant parties, and following up on any post-meeting actions. Additional duties include collating complex month-end reports and undertaking event or project management tasks on behalf of the executive team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing demands. They should be capable of building and maintaining effective relationships and resolving queries efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, is essential. The role requires the ability to meet monthly planning targets and deliver accurate and timely month-end reports. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, accurate minute-taking, and the ability to perform under pressure are also critical to success in this role.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in a similar role, such as an Executive Assistant or Secretarial position, who is confident with IT systems and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal person will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

In return, we can offer an attractive base salary of £28-£30k, 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, a 5% employer pension contribution and Medicash.
